It's been my third day on the dive rig now - and it's great.
Quite spacious facilities for up to 45 guests and there were only five respectively as of today three of us - and about 20 staff.
There is internet, a karaoke room (haven't been there yet), a resident band, comfortable cabins and loads of dives. As there are only 120 dive permits per day to dive famous Sipadan, we were warned that there was no guarantee to get a permit at all. So far we've been lucky and tomorrow will be our third day diving on Sipadan.
Turtles, reef sharks, barracudas, .... and an island guarded by the army.
The dive sites at the other islands and our dive rig house reef are really good as well. Loads of macro stuff as nudiebranches, mini cuttle fish, mandarin fish and plenty of crocodile fish, barracudas and other stuff.
Not much time for activities except from diving, diving, diving, eating, sun deck breaks and a bit of sleep.
