ENG - Kuala Lumpur

I'm venturing KL for the third day now - city life is quite strenuous.
I've been on the tower bridge of the Petronas Towers and the TV Tower Menara KL, strolled through KLCC Park, explored Little India, the Conolial District, Kampong Baru and several (night) markets, tried the local food and fruit, enjoyed that fresh fruit is more or less everywhere available - and am knackered by now from walking allover the place and all the impressions.

my favourites:
- the colorful markets
- fruit, fruit, fruit
- the multicultural atmosphere

experiences:
- things sold on markets. Some products couldn't be fresher, but I did not really like to see (bull)frogs being decapitated or would like to imagine the dishes they are used in
- contrast of shiny modern and dirty poor worlds

notable:
- there was some rain every day (I experienced more rainfall here than accumulated during the last weeks of my travels) but even the rain is warm and there are always options do wait somewhere until it's over
- I'm planning to make use of my global gym membership today. Fitness First has some clubs here (nicer facilities than my hostel and free drinks ;-))
